Need to make a change? Your confirmation email includes a “Manage Booking” link. You can cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment. For changes within that 48-hour window, please give me a call—this ensures I have enough lead time to source specific parts or specialized equipment for your car.

- Pro Tip: Enter your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). This should auto-fill your make and model, and more importantly, it allows me to identify and order the exact parts required for your specific vehicle before you even arrive.
Your Digital Job Card
When you book, the system generates a unique job card and reference number. Every detail you provide is recorded here so I have a full diagnostic roadmap when I start work.
Once the work is complete, this job card becomes a valuable part of your vehicle’s history. It documents the condition of every item checked, along with my professional notes. This comprehensive report (which can be 8–10 pages long) will be sent directly to your email as a PDF alongside your invoice.
